Elena YatesElena Yates
elenaprofileElena became interested in nutrition and holistic health when she was having trouble conceiving.  With the help of both reflexology and improved nutrition she was able to overcome this without resorting to IVF treatment.  When one of her children was later diagnosed with reflux she researched the subject in detail before embarking on a degree in Nutritional Medicine.  During her 6 years of studying nutritional medicine Elena has dramatically transformed her views on both health and illness.

She is a firm believer that a patient must be seen and treated as a whole person. For anyone looking at improving their health and well-being, Elena will, therefore, help you look at the broader picture of your life-style and health habits, rather than eating habits alone, and help you incorporate a new self-improvement programme into a sustainable healthy lifestyle,

As a licensed Medical NLP Health Practitioner Elena uses individual coaching techniques to help people achieve their personal health goals by using their own inner resources and solutions to make changes, particularly around life-style and dietary issues.

Today, Elena continues her professional development by attending a diverse range of courses and seminars to keep up to date with the latest research and opinions and is constantly adding to her knowledge and expertise.
